Terms of Service

1. The service

WatchWA provides watch-market organization, search, lists, and alerts based on trading-group and other data sources. The content, coverage, and available features may change as sources and the product change.

2. Accounts and sign-in

You must provide an accurate, controlled email address and protect your credentials. Google or Apple sign-in may only be used for an account you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity under your account and should promptly contact service@watchwa.com if you see unauthorized use.

3. Limits on market information

Market, price, timing, and seller information is a reference for market decisions, not investment, purchasing, valuation, legal, or financial advice. Data can be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or incorrectly parsed. We do not guarantee that any quote is accurate, complete, authentic, or continuously available. Verify information before a transaction.

You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing activity; bulk scraping; bypassing access controls; probing or attacking systems; or interfering with another user’s access.

4. Your content and service data

You retain rights in settings, list names, and alert conditions that you submit, and grant WatchWA the limited license needed to operate, store, and display those features. Global market data is maintained by WatchWA’s collection and processing pipeline and is not automatically removed when one App account is deleted.

5. Availability, third parties, and changes

The service depends on third-party infrastructure and sources including Cloudflare, Google, Apple, Resend, Amplitude, and Sentry. Outages, network failures, source changes, or maintenance may make the service temporarily unavailable. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for security, compliance, or product reasons and will give reasonable notice where appropriate.

6. Free access and future features

The current release primarily enforces sign-in boundaries, and some features may be provided without charge. If paid features are introduced later, pricing, entitlements, renewal, and refund rules will be shown at checkout, in store terms, or in updated terms. You will not owe a fee merely because you accepted these terms without an explicit purchase confirmation.

7. Termination and account deletion

You may delete your account using the steps on the account-deletion page. After deletion, application data directly associated with the App account is handled under the Privacy Policy; global market data needed to operate the service may remain. We may limit or terminate access if you breach these terms, threaten service security, or if law requires us to act.

8. Disclaimers and contact

To the maximum extent allowed by law, WatchWA is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation. Liability is limited as required by applicable law. Contact service@watchwa.com with questions; material updates will show a new effective date.
